Math problems? Call 1-800-[(10x)(13i)2]-[sin(xy)/2.362x]

Remember that the quiz is on Thursday. The best ways to prepare are to re-read the sections in the book and to review homework and lesson masters.

I hope you found today helpful in looking at terms in sequences and developing algebraic expressions to describe them. It is important to not only be able to write and speak in algebra, but to also be able to describe those algebraic ideas in words. I feel you did a good job recognizing various relationships between terms and images, and hope you feel comfortable doing so. Today we were also reminded of how helpful and instrumental making tables can be in establishing patterns and evaluating expressions to observe equivalency.

Don't forget to comment at least once this week and to do your homework!

heres a math joke that relates to what were studying in class:

A mathematician is showing a new proof he came up with to a large group of
peers. After he's gone through most of it, one of the mathematicians says,
"Wait! That's not true. I have a counter-example!"

He replies, "That's okay. I have two proofs."
